Our format is called "The Essential" Childbirth Class and it is created and customized just for you!
These childbirth preparation classes offer an alternative way from what hospitals offer. We have an interactive way of learning and educating expectant parents about what THEY want or to learn about.

Benefits from taking Our Classes:
- Two evening commitment, a total of 6 hours.
- Opportunity to also meet other couples in the area expecting around the same time as you, and may make friends for life.
- We offer many learning tools of what to expect during the first few years of pregnancy and childhood.
- Each couple will leave with a folder full of goodies and tools to use during labor.
- If you forget what you learned, there are reference cards to go to in a small format so you can pack them in your hospital bag.
- Many modern tools such as "Apps" are also reviewed and recommended based on each families needs.

Meet Your Instructor: _____________________________________________________
Sara is married and a mother of two young children. She became an International Certified Childbirth Educator (ICCE) in January 2011, after the birth of her second baby. She has worked for midwives, a mainstream OB/GYN, been a preschool teacher, nanny and doula. Some how she has always worked with families with young kids. In total she has over 15 years experience helping women birth their babies.
As a doula she helped many families choose different paths of birth experiences depending on what was best for each family. By providing information to the family they were able to feel supported and educated about their direction of choice.
A natural transition after retiring from being a doula was to become a childbirth educator. Her passion to teach childbirth education lead her to create The BBB Cafe to allow expectant families to pick what they want to learn when it comes to the birth of their baby.
"I don't want families to feel like childbirth education is a waste of time. I want them to feel empowered about their options and confident when decisions need to be made. I hope to provide families with the information they want to learn and not bore them with things they don't want to know.
I also offer After Baby classes , because other things do come up. I want the families to know they can come back to someone they
know to help them with those first few years."
